Apprenticships 16 to 24
OTC can help you as an employer to recruit apprentices. We test and interview young people to identify their suitability for to the various apprenticeships that we offer. We are the first line in your selection process.
OTC offers apprenticeships to young people aged 16 - 24 in Engineering, Customer Services, Business Administration, Warehousing and Information Technology Users.
Adult Apprenticeships
Government funding is being expanded for Adult Apprenticeships (replacing Train to Gain funding). This will help to increase the skill base to improve sustainable growth
These apprenticeships are available in all of the areas above plus apprenticeships will become available in some other areas in the near future.
